Wonderful prints and delivery
I have ordered prints from Society6 before, but hadn't ordered framed prints. I was very pleased with how the frames were packaged and safely delivered. The prints look great, the glass and frame corners arrived intact, and I would gladly order framed prints from this site again!

Disappointed with the frame
I have ordered a few small framed art images from this website and love them! However this is the second X large framed print I have ordered and unfortunately both have arrived with the print not properly in the frame. The Frame is held in place with metal clips and in 4 locations the clips were in front of the picture which can be easily fixed but unfortunately the clips had badly scratched the glass which looks like dirt, see picture below. It is an expensive piece so to arrive in that condition is very disappointing. Also the glass doesn't fit the frame property, see second picture below. The pictures is beautiful but the framing is very poor in the larger prints. Could I please be sent a new frame and glass?
