Grey Beige Houndstooth Pattern Pillow Sham

I'm keeping order but linings larger than covering and filling in coverlet uneven. I love the smaller print on shams and wish cloverlet same. I'm using this in master bedroom and problem is I cannot lounge on top as its quality causes wrinkles because of fillings. Your customer service is great and I was offered replacement but I feel that's too much to ask.
