ABOUT THE ART
Within a year of each other, Joy Division released Unknown Pleasures and Han Solo was frozen in Carbonite. It was a simpler time just before the Iran-Contra affair and after everyone had recovered from their collective hangover from the Sixties. This shirt celebrates that cultural puberty when the 70s became the 80s and everyone thought love was the biggest threat we'd ever face, that love would tear us apart.
