70 years ago a deadly plague swept through the land killing most of the children in Canson City. Subcutaneous oozing rashes with fluorescent viscous slime whipped thousands of infants. Every nursery school closed its doors. Toy factories declared bankruptcy. Among the chaos, the cure: flan. From then on flan is always present in the diet of children of the city, there's even a annual festival called Flantastic. The plague never returned.

Handmade collage. 2014.
