ABOUT THE ART
The second in my "inspired by Radiohead" series. Magpies are considered unlucky in some cultures, British especially. Superstitious people say you should salute a single magpie, other say "Good Morning Mr Magpie". Magpies are also said to be home breakers and thieves. Often breaking open eggs in other nests, and stealing shiny things.
A bird that has to be addressed Mr, must be seen as a gentleman of sorts. So I wanted to give this an old-fashioned needlecraft feel, the Magpie is depicted as some sort of well-to-do villain.
