Our metal prints are thin, lightweight and durable 1/16" aluminum sheet canvas. The high gloss finish enhances color and produces sharp image details. Each sheet has a 3/4" wooden frame attached to the back to offset from the wall. Prints have a wire or sawtooth hanger, depending on size selected.

The 50 Babes Project is a new series capturing beautiful babes (men & women) from each state. It is my love letter to the vintage postcards we all know and love.

Each piece portrays elements of the state and illustrates important facts or anecdotes that make that state unique.

Mrs. Colorado portrays my amazing fiancé, Stephanie McKay, chowing down on a cheeseburger, which was invented in Denver by Louis Ballast in 1935. In her other hand, sits one of my favorite beers, Dale's Pale Ale by Oskar Blues, based out of Longmont, CO. Within the circle background is the rock formation known as Devil's Thumb as well as the sculpture, Blue Mustang. Blue Mustang stands in front of the Denver airport - it's deep blue, veiny body w/ glowing red-orange eyes has created much controversy within the state. It's creator, Luis Jimenez, died when a portion of the statue fell on top of him while he was working on it in his studio, severing an artery in his leg and killing him. Part of the sculpture had to be rebuilt due to the damage it incurred in the fall - the sculpture was 2 years late and cost over twice the initial commission price of $300,000, DAMN! Sandhill Cranes fly above, they can be spotted in Monte Vista (the San Luis Valley area) during their migration that takes place in late February and early March.
