A Battle for position takes place during a Trans-Atlantic sailing race, from Quebec city to St-Malo, the race begins on the Saint-Lawrence and this picture was taken in Sainte-Anne-Des-Monts, Quebec, Canada. At a point where the river/estuary/gulf doubles in width and is actually an inland sea. As the sailboats make their way around the top of the Gaspesie peninsula. A foggy day with very little wind, but enough to move the boat forward and onward.
