ABOUT THE ART
February couldn't come quick enough for me this year! I always find January drags on a bit, and after a tough winter, these past few weeks have been a bit of a struggle. I should be somewhat more productive after next week though, once I've got my exams over and done with. For now, this is my illustrated apology for my radio silence over the past few weeks.
I've been working on this ballpoint pen drawing of a bright orange Bush radio for a week or so, but when I got read about the new Society6 ANALOG zine, I figured it was a happy coincidence.
Originally drawn with orange and brown ballpoint pens (and a little bit of coloured pencil ) in my Moleskine sketchbook.
PS; I don't know if it's legible at this resolution, but the text in the dial is basically a selection of locations around Europe. London, Munich, Luxembourg, Budapest, Northern Ireland, Brussels, Éireann (Ireland), Oslo, Moscow, and Wales are mentioned.
