ABOUT THE ART
Young woman sitting on the ancient roman bridge (Ponte della Civera) in front of the gorge and waterfall that divides Nesso, a small commune (village) along the eastern shore of the western branch of Lake Como in northern Italy. This bridge was featured in the first film directed by Alfred Hithcock, a silent film from 1925 called "The Pleasure Garden".
