Jill Fressinier, aka SPILL is a self-taught artist living in the San Francisco Bay Area. She's a freakishly creative force of nature, being from a wildly talented & creative family, it makes sense that she is forever making something colorful and deliciously fun. She has designed art for famous and infamous alike, like Lee Scratch Perry, Shepard Fairey and The Clash! She's always happy to spill some love & color wherever it is needed.
