We're excited to announce that we have just launched a new help center designed to help you help yourself! Now it's faster than ever to resolve issues, track or cancel orders from any device (it's mobile-friendly!) on your own without having to email customer service. As long as you have an account, you can use our self help features. As always, our customer service team is here to help you with whatever you need but now we've made it easier to access these features on your own. So, what are those things?
Track Your Order:
If your account is tied to the order, all of the tracking information we have for our orders are listed in your orders page. This includes tracking numbers, up to date shipping statuses, and estimated delivery dates (if available).
Cancel an order and change a shipping address:
You can cancel an order or change your shipping address within 3 hours of placing your order. FYI: after 3 hours, your order will go into production and you will no longer be able to use this function on your own. You can do this by going to your orders page.
The "It's All Good Guarantee" - Process your own replacement orders and refunds:
This can be accessed after the order is delivered (or should have been delivered). Replacement orders will only send you the exact same thing your ordered. This function should only to be used if your order never showed or something was wrong with the item (bad art, broken, the product was defective). If you want something else (different art, different size, different color, etc.) be sure to process a refund and then place a new order.
FYI: if you checked out as a guest and don't have an account, but want to access these features, we will link your order to your new account when you sign up. Just make sure to use the same email on your account as your order. Sign up for an account here.
