Yuki Goodman

Being diagnosed with a chronic illness, Yuki finds it is often very difficult to center herself. She has always endeavored to find peace through her artwork which is why in recent years, she has been examining the meditative human form amid a maelstrom of organic flows.

Yuki reflects her desire for vitality through the women she paints while at the same time protecting them via a reposeful, hopeful, introspective or calming facade that is at the same time confident, passionate and unwavering. The women are always uncompromisingly stoic and glorious.

The chaotic swirls that surround the women represent the environment. Be it, nature, society or even history, they are things that are ever changing. She bolsters this symbol by incorporating elements from various artistic styles.
