Hi, I’m Kristina, the heart and hands behind Kris Kivu. I’m a mindfulness and meditation teacher, artist, and yogi based in the UK. My art is an extension of my calm and centered approach to life, inspired by a deep love for tranquility, peace, and connection. Each painting reflects the values I hold close—serenity, love, and balance—and is designed to bring a sense of calm and beauty into your space. Beyond creating art, I teach painting workshops and mindfulness-based art practices, where I guide others to explore creativity as a pathway to inner peace. I also host women’s circles, sharing practices that nurture self-love, grounding, and community.
