I'm Sarah Knight. I've been drawing since I was a child. I illustrate. I draw, I paint, I take photos. I combine all those elements in my illustrations. I have a BFA (scientific illustration) from the School of Art & Design of the University of Michigan. I've dabbled in everything under the sun at some point. From graphite pencils to colored pencils, markers, acrylic paint, watercolors, tempura, pastels, pen and ink, etching, ceramics, mixed media, and some things that weren't really intended as art mediums. Also, jewelry making, mixed media, various forms of sculpture (clay, casting, plaster, found objects, assemblage, etc), bobbin lace, paper making, and sewing and embroidery are areas in which I have experience.
