About The Artist

I'm a San Antonio–based multidisciplinary artist and academic with a B.A. in Art History from Texas State University and a Master’s in Museum Studies from The University of Oklahoma. Under the name aLILscribble, I create artwork that merges whimsical illustration, surreal elements, and bold line work—infused with both playfulness and depth. My artistic style fuses modern surrealism, pop art, and illustrative storytelling. I draw inspiration from nature, human emotion, and abstract forms to create fluid, expressive pieces that feel alive and full of personality. Using a combination of hand-drawn and digital techniques, I’m able to explore intricate detail while maintaining a distinctive, organic flow. Through my work, I aim to evoke a sense of wonder and curiosity—inviting viewers to connect with emotion, find meaning in the abstract, and experience the unexpected harmony between grounded realities and imaginative expression.
