Alisa is a self-taught Ukrainian artist living in Spain. She finds inspiration in nature (especially plants), textiles, and interior spaces. Passionate about experimenting, she enjoys exploring mixed media techniques, combining different materials to create unique textures. Her creative process is often highly intuitive, adding a sense of spontaneity and freshness to her work. In recent years, Alisa has developed a strong passion for collages and linocuts. She finds joy in merging traditional mediums with digital tools - a fusion that allows her to relax, have fun, and bring her ideas to life. When I started my design studio, I had chickens and a garden and felt like we lived in an urban farm. We no longer have the chickens (sad face), bt we so still live in an urban area of older craftsman and Spanish homes, so we are both modern and vintage at once. I craft and create as the whim hits, and working a full-time job allows me to let the creativity flow rather than feeling like I have to force it. Cheers to creating the life you want to live!
