We all have those moments… remember “back in the day” when we used to…. well my back in the day brought up memories around my Pop-Pops truck. It was a red Ford pickup with a gray stripe.

Sitting back asking…

Remember that time when we used to ride in the back of the truck on the highways, back roads and side streets on the “hump” or just sit on the truck floor… no seat belts? Remember that time when we used to get all the cousins together, jump in the back of the truck and “play shark attack” in the yard? One person would be out running around the truck as the shark and the others would be inside dodging the hand of the cousin that was trying to catch the next one? Remember the time when Pop-Pop let us sit on his lap with our hands on the wheel as he drove down the street. We thinking we driving or doing something, lol. And remember the time when you would look out the window and be like, “Pop, where you going...?” You ain’t supposed to be driving… lol

The vintage truck can represent whatever or whoever you want it to represent. It’s a memory or a journey from what you will carry throughout your life. And yea, you can always think of it as having Jesus behind the wheel because he is always there with you. Preach!

So remember when!
