Archipelago was borne out of a desire to fuse functionality with beauty. After all aren't we all at our happiest when surrounded by beauty? Now more than ever our homes are sanctuaries from the outside world. So curate your dream home by adding beautiful fabrics and enchanting designs throughout your home. William Morris, vintage florals, art, contemporary botanicals and vintage French farmhouse are our specialities.

I teach visual arts in a public school. I was a person who loved photography and drawing since childhood. My reason for joining design world as a designer is: unfortunately, the people of the country we live in do not value art as it deserves. The parents of my talented students don't want to let them go to a Fine Arts High School near us. I want to prove to them they did wrong: money can be earned by making art! it's possible to make a living doing what you love! For that you need to work hard and improve yourself. Hello, I'm Kristen Laczi, Mother, Wife & Artist. My artwork is impressionistic and deeply inspired by motherhood, nature and life experiences. I primarily work in acrylic and watercolor and often bounce between the two, keeping things interesting and fresh. I paint quickly and intuitively. So much emotion and energy goes into these pieces that I often look back at a finished painting and wonder how it was even created. My process is a form of meditation, creating intense feelings of joy and peace. My hope is that my work provides my viewers the same feelings too.
