Space Art Print

I’d like to start by saying the art itself is beautiful, and not the reason for this low rating. I’m incredibly disappointed in the size of the prints received, as well as inadequate packaging for shipping delicate paper items. As for the sizing, an 8x8 print is already quite small. I was expecting the actual print to measure 8x8, not 6x6. I understand the item description details there is an extra inch of white space included around each image, but I had hoped this would not be included in the sizing given (especially after I already purchased 8x8 matted frames). The items also came with the edges roughed up due to the top portion of the package being pushed in while being delivered (see images). I will not be ordering from society 6 again and will be letting others know the same. I’d prefer to buy direct from an artist instead of going through a platform that overcharges, delivers damaged items, and is not transparent with the size of prints being sold. Shame on you society6.
