Black curved and angular segments tessellate across a white ground in this bold graphic composition, each shape rendered with the characteristic texture and slight irregularities of linocut printing. The interlocking forms create a rhythmic, almost musical pattern that reads as both organic and geometric, with negative space playing as active a role as the dark positive shapes. At home in a modern entryway or above a minimalist desk. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
