A dark green alligator stretches horizontally across a soft gray ground, its muscular body rendered in layered shades of forest and sage green with careful attention to scaled texture. Its mouth opens to reveal a striking coral-red interior, while four sturdy legs anchor the composition with a sense of patient, grounded power. In a child's room, a naturalist's study, or anywhere wild things inspire wonder. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
