Golden hieroglyphic symbols and figures of pharaohs, gods, and sacred animals densely cover a deep black ground, creating an all-over pattern that recalls the walls of ancient tombs and temples. The warm metallic gold against the dark backdrop evokes the precious treasures and mysteries of Egypt's dynastic past, rendered with meticulous detail and reverent formality. Bound with 52 pages of 70lb paper, lined or unlined, behind an anti-scuff matte cover with wraparound artwork, made to order. Notes and sketches kept behind an independent artist's work, not a plain composition cover.
