Sweeping brushstrokes and gestural marks flow across a luminous ground of coral, pink, orange, and magenta, creating the impression of waves and movement through water. Light blue shapes, navy lines, scattered dots, and fragments of yellow and green punctuate the composition, evoking both the fluidity of dreaming and the depths of the ocean. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
