Description
A richly ornamental Persian rug dominates the composition, its deep crimson field densely populated with scrolling vines, palmettes, and flowering plants rendered in gold, blue, and cream. The intricate botanical motifs radiate outward from the center in symmetrical patterns, framed by a dark decorative border that anchors the elaborate artwork with classical restraint. At home in a traditional living room or study lined with books and collected treasures. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
