Overlapping banana leaves fill the frame in soft, muted tones of cream and pale gold, their elongated forms creating a dense, layered composition. Dramatic shadows pool in the negative spaces between the foliage, suggesting dappled sunlight filtering through a tropical canopy and imbuing the scene with quiet intimacy. At home in a serene bedroom, spa-like bathroom, or contemplative garden room. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
