Hand-lettered text reading "be kind to yourself" flows across a soft lavender ground in loose, organic script embellished with small hearts and a decorative bow at the base. The letters are outlined in dark gray or charcoal, creating a gentle contrast against the pale background while maintaining an intimate, conversational tone.
