A silhouetted portrait figure with a richly textured black head rendered with intricate white line work suggesting flowing hair and scalp detail fills the composition against a warm beige ground. The subject wears a dark patterned garment with green and orange accents at the shoulders, while small golden earrings catch light, creating a striking study in contrast between void and form. Bound with 52 pages of 70lb paper, lined or unlined, behind an anti-scuff matte cover with wraparound artwork, made to order. Notes and sketches kept behind an independent artist's work, not a plain composition cover.
