Description

A meticulously organized collection of obsolete media formats and playback devices is arranged in a gridded layout against a cream background, including vinyl records, cassette tapes, film reels, VHS cartridges, and various mechanical players rendered in black and grayscale tones. The composition transforms the physical history of analog technology into a visual taxonomy, treating each object with the precision of a natural history specimen and evoking both nostalgia and the inevitability of technological obsolescence. Printed on a large polyester top with a non-slip rubber backing and made to order, room enough for keyboard and mouse. A workspace anchored by an independent artist's work instead of bare particleboard.
