Description
Five striped fish with dark navy bodies and bright red fins swim vertically down a warm cream background, their bodies rendered in precise linear marks that suggest both scientific illustration and graphic boldness. The composition stacks the fish in a tight, rhythmic arrangement that creates a sense of movement and order simultaneously, rendered with the clean lines and restrained palette of traditional woodcut or linocut printmaking. At home in a coastal kitchen, a nautical study, or a collector's gallery wall. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
