Description

Red, yellow, pink, and cream roses cluster densely across a dark almost-black ground, their petals rendered with painterly detail and soft shadow. The composition is tightly packed and frontal, evoking the ornamental flower studies of 17th-century Dutch still life painting, with warm blooms glowing against the cool darkness. Printed on a large polyester top with a non-slip rubber backing and made to order, room enough for keyboard and mouse. A workspace anchored by an independent artist's work instead of bare particleboard.
