About Circa 78 Designs Born a little too late to fully enjoy the decade, Rachel Breeden is a long-time maker of things and lover of 70s-inspired bright colors + bold graphics. (She watched a lot of Sesame Street as a child and it left a strong impression on her developing brain.) With a passion for late-70s interiors and design elements she started Circa 78 Designs, bringing to life nostalgic pieces that evoke the thrift-shop scores of her dreams.
