An astronaut in a spacesuit floats horizontally across a divided composition, reaching toward a luminous moon suspended in a starlit void. The upper half depicts a serene desert landscape in soft pinks and blues with bare trees, while the lower half plunges into deep black space, creating a haunting threshold between two worlds. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
