Description
A dense, fantastical garden of microscopic organisms rendered in rich jewel tones and earthy hues fills this composition, each form rendered with the precision of Victorian naturalism. Towering structures of coral-like shapes, feathery fronds, and intricate botanical forms create a layered landscape that draws the eye deeper into an imagined microscopic world, rendered in ink and watercolor with obsessive detail. At home in a naturalist's study, laboratory, or curiosity-filled gallery space. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
