Vertical bands of black, pale gray, slate blue, and warm brown create a stark, geological cross-section marked by a row of small vertical forms along the horizon line. The muted earth tones and restrained palette suggest sediment layers or an archaeological record, rendered with a contemplative minimalism that evokes both natural strata and conceptual depth. At home in a study, gallery wall, or anywhere quiet contemplation is valued. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
