Description
Deep purple figs cluster together in a naturalistic arrangement, with two halved to reveal their coral-pink flesh against pale cream paper. The artist renders each fruit with delicate watercolor washes and precise linework, capturing both the sculptural weight of the whole figs and the luminous interior of the cut halves. At home in a kitchen, dining room, or botanical study space. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
