Description
A traditional Persian carpet dominates the composition with an intricate symmetrical pattern of scrolling vines, palmettes, and stylized animals rendered in deep crimson, navy, gold, and cream against a richly layered background. The dense, all-over ornamental artwork creates a rhythmic visual harmony characteristic of antique Heriz weaving, with a prominent central medallion flanked by elaborate corner motifs and a bold geometric border. At home in a study, formal living room, or collector's space. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
