Description

Snow-capped mountains rise dramatically from a black sand beach, their jagged peaks framed against a pale blue sky and turquoise ocean waters. The composition contrasts the warm cream and white of the snow-laden slopes with the stark dark beach and deep teal sea, creating a stark, contemplative landscape bathed in cool daylight. Made to order from soft micro-twill and cut by hand, insert included. Real art for the spaces you actually use, not store-shelf filler.

My images are taken on my various travels to mostly remote regions of the planet. This gallery features works from Iceland, Greenland, Norway but also from my home country Germany and the Alps, especially the Italian Dolomites Mountains. I also like surrealist and abstract images that are not always photography. So you can expect to see flowing patterns and fluid forms on this page as well.
