Description

Overlapping leaf forms in ochre, rust, gold, and pale cream tumble across a soft neutral ground in an arrangement that suggests movement without chaos. The watercolor technique creates subtle transparency where shapes overlap, capturing the ephemeral quality of autumn foliage suspended in air. Alisa is a self-taught Ukrainian artist living in Spain. She finds inspiration in nature (especially plants), textiles, and interior spaces. Passionate about experimenting, she enjoys exploring mixed media techniques, combining different materials to create unique textures. Her creative process is often highly intuitive, adding a sense of spontaneity and freshness to her work. In recent years, Alisa has developed a strong passion for collages and linocuts. She finds joy in merging traditional mediums with digital tools - a fusion that allows her to relax, have fun, and bring her ideas to life.
