Vertical rows of indigo diamond and arrow forms repeat across a cream ground in a rhythmic, geometric pattern reminiscent of traditional shibori textile work. The alternating motifs create a meditative visual flow with warm neutral tones punctuated by deep blue, evoking the hand-dyed quality of Japanese resist-dye fabrics. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
