Description
A traditional Kurdish woven textile displays an intricate geometric pattern of diamond and square motifs in deep red, cream, yellow, and navy blue across its densely patterned field. The composition radiates outward from a central cream diamond, with smaller colored squares creating a rhythmic, symmetrical artwork framed by ornamental borders that echo the rich heritage of West Persian weaving. At home in a globally minded living room or study celebrating textile traditions. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
