Description
A circular composition features a tiger's face rendered in bold, parallel linework that creates a hypnotic striped effect across cream and pale gray tones. The tiger's gaze is direct and penetrating, with hints of warm red-brown in the eyes, while the concentric line patterns echo both the animal's natural stripes and the influence of Japanese woodblock printmaking techniques. At home in a gallery space or a room that celebrates world art and cultural aesthetics. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
