Description

Horizontal bands of light and shadow stack across a dark ground, their edges worn and fractured like ancient geological strata or weathered wood grain. The high-contrast black and white tones create a rhythmic, almost musical composition that emphasizes texture and the subtle variations within each luminous stripe. About The Artist

Olivia's love of nature and passion for photography are intertwined, resulting in happy landscapes and modern botanicals. Recently, she has expanded her creative pursuits to include watercolor/ acrylic painting, printmaking and collage. She has spent time at artist residencies in 2018-2020 where she learned new art forms and taught workshops.
