Description

A cheerful ghost character peeks out from an ornate, wavy-edged frame rendered in black outline against a bright orange ground. The composition celebrates Halloween with playful energy, combining folk-art framing with hand-drawn lettering that spells "LET THE SPOOKY OUT" in a charmingly imperfect style.
