A solitary figure lies prone in the center of a snow-covered frozen lake, surrounded by dense evergreen forest on both sides. The composition is symmetrical and aerial, with frost-laden trees framing a pale blue-white expanse and a tiny human form emphasizing the vastness and stillness of the winter landscape.
