Description
A graceful maple tree with crimson foliage bends across a luminous gold leaf ground, its dark trunk arching organically while delicate white flowers bloom in the lower left corner. The composition spans two panels of what appears to be a larger folding screen, rendered in the refined style of Japanese Edo period art with soft brushwork, naturalistic observation, and a harmonious balance between negative space and carefully placed botanical forms. At home in a serene living room or a contemplative gallery space. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
