Description

Rows of thin horizontal lines and small geometric marks create a printed rendering of woven textile pattern across a soft aqua mint ground, evoking the handmade quality of traditional mudcloth weaving. The regular rhythm of the marks suggests the patient, meditative process of craft, with its pale teal palette conveying calm and understated sophistication. Soft micro-twill, cut and sewn by hand into a rectangular cushion with a hidden zip, insert included and made to order. The lumbar piece that finishes a sofa or bed, carrying an independent artist's work instead of store-shelf filler.

  • Wash the cover separately in cold water with gentle detergent
