Description
A dense collection of anatomical specimens, medical instruments, and Victorian curiosities rendered in pale gray line work against a charcoal ground creates an intricate cabinet-of-wonders composition. Skeletal hands, preserved organs in jars, surgical tools, taxidermied creatures, and ornate display cases overlap in a methodical yet dreamlike arrangement that evokes both scientific precision and gothic mysticism. At home in a study, curiosity cabinet, or space celebrating the macabre and scientific. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
