Description

The word "OOPS!" stretches across a warm mocha brown ground in bold, dimensional lettering rendered in pale aqua and sunny yellow with thick outlined strokes. The retro typography conveys playful humor and lighthearted mishap, with the stacked letter forms suggesting movement and a vintage pop sensibility. Made to order from soft micro-twill and cut by hand, insert included. Real art for the spaces you actually use, not store-shelf filler.

instagram: chromoeye (tag me!!) Hi, my name is Lauren! A little about me: I'm from the sweet, sweet state of Louisiana, I recreated Starry Night at age 5 in crayon and my parents haven't let me forget it since, and I'm obsessed with everything 60s, eclectic, and nostalgic. However, despite this obsession with the styles of a bygone era, I like to hold tight to the simple, boldly expressive, and vibrant aspects of the present. I adore art that successfully blends the world of the past with the new possibilities of the present. In short, my work is inspired by life in its simplest form: Bright and dark colors for the good times and bad, an underlying simplicity, and an affection for the past with an eye on the future.
