Description
A cholla cactus thick with papery orange blooms reaches upward against a pale blue sky, its spiny green stems densely clustered and weighted with flowers in full bloom. The photograph captures the desert plant in sharp detail, from the delicate petals to the thorny texture, with warm sandy earth anchoring the composition below. At home in a southwestern space or desert-inspired gallery wall. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
