Description
A winding river cuts through layered desert terrain in warm earth tones, leading the eye toward a solitary mountain peak that rises against a pale, hazy sky. The composition balances the serpentine flow of water and striations of sand and rock in the foreground with the stark geometry of the distant mountain, creating a sense of vast, arid wilderness rendered in muted ochres, browns, and soft yellows. At home in a study, den, or space devoted to landscape contemplation. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
